Oxygen purity is continuously displayed on the Control Panel. Start-up time is only 5-minutes. Oxygen generation pressure is 4.5 to 5-Barg & at this pressure, Oxygen is continuously supplied to Hospital beds through pipeline.
Sumairui Gas also provides Automatic Switching Panel for switching over to back-up Oxygen cylinders supply in the event of power interruptions.
The Oxygen generator is supplied in skid mounted construction. It is with a fully automated PLC control with HMI. The maintenance is virtually negligible. Molecular Sieve used lasts 15 to 20-years i.e. for whole life time of Oxygen generator.
As compared to using Oxygen cylinders, cost of Oxygen generation is 1/3rd, so giving very good cost savings. Return on investment in less than 2-years.
Sumairui Gas also supplies Cylinder Filling Compressor if one wants to fill the Oxygen cylinders to supply to remote hospitals from a centralized location.
